How to read the spread
Restate the question without asking for a verdict.
Describe the image as if you did not know the card’s name.
Choose the one traditional meaning most supported by that image.
Connect it directly to the question, then name one action or observation.
Do not add another card unless a genuinely new question has appeared.

You do not need to prove immediately that hiring you was justified. Give yourself permission to learn again. The image shows skill developing through repeated work, without any dramatic display of confidence.
