Upright meaning
A false structure cannot hold. The shock is severe, but it reveals what was never stable.
Reversed meaning
The collapse is delayed or internal. Small honesty now may spare a harsher break later.
Symbolism
- tower — A constructed height with a false foundation.
- fire — Revelation that cannot be contained.
- crown — Authority thrown down by truth.
- star — The higher order visible after collapse.
Lore
The Tower is Babel, hubris, lightning, the crown thrown from a height. It destroys the lie that height alone is holiness.
In play, it can break locked systems, expose corruption, end false routes, trigger emergencies, or reveal hidden architecture in a scene.
